Quotations
When items arrive we separate, grade and weigh the items and calculate the price we will pay for your items. We will call with our offer. All scrap gold valuations are subject to items being weighed and tested by WeBuyOldGold.co.uk

Items delivered by Mail/Courier
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items during transit to our premises. We provide free Royal Mail Special Delivery envelopes for peace of mind and recommend you request one for mailing your items - this covers insurance up to £1,000 guaranteed delivery times and package tracking.

Items received without a packing slip
Items received without a packing slip enclosed cannot be processed, we will endeavour to contact the sender via the return address on the package. However we cannot be held liable for any goods that cannot be traced back to an owner.

Proof of Identity
We are required to record and provide forms of identity for each transaction that takes place online or instore. In order to do so we ask that you provide us with a photocopy of one document from each section below.

If you have any problems providing proof of identity or address, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• The winner's name will be published after the competition closes 30 November 2008 on www.WeBuyOldGold.co.uk and in the Knights Jewellers store in Dundee
• Prize is £250 cash
• The winner is not entitle to any alternative prize and the prize is not transferable to any other person
• Unless otherwise specified, the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date of 30/11/08. Winners will be notified within 14 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time.
  If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Knights Jewellers reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.
